Last night ( after the gorgeous sunset) I sat and stared at the sea for quite a long time. The Eddystone lighthouse was blinking away and there was a small ship at anchor, all lit up. It was really nice. I should do it more often.

More Autumn vibes. Had to stop the car and reverse back just to admire these beauties. They tasted really good too. ( Reader, I did NOT in fact really pick and eat them😱😬😂, do not write in.) 🤣

Two large mushroom type fungi nestled together on a bed of brown and green leaves and grass. The fungi are pale beige in colour with darker brown spots on the caps.

Definitely deep Autumn vibes. I've been loving driving around the quiet, leaf- strewn lanes of Brittany. Lots of space to breathe. Lots of space to think.

I'm so grateful that I found a gorgeous bit of Cornwall in which to park myself and the hound ( for now) but I miss this place. Feeling melancholy.
