I cannot fully express how excited I am about the Doctor Who cinema screening of TIP/TSP. I let myself freely stim on the train home and refused to give myself a hard time for being...well, myself. I am so elated that I can feel my insides fizzing with joy.

The youngest person his pager attack killed was 9-year-old Fatima Abdullah, who had just started 4th grade. The pager was on a table when it went off and she picked it up to take to her dad. It exploded in her face and reports said it covered the room in her blood. She wanted to learn English.

The past 2 years, I've been getting emails addressed to someone else, one particular person. I know her former job, her hobbies, her friends' names. Once I had to contact a car hire company to get them to use a different contact method, in case she needed the receipt (that I received) for expenses

What on earth is happening?

This had become the new normal. RNLI crew members had been forced to take their permits off their cars after their tyres have been repeatedly slashed. Most of them have been pilloried at the school gates or turned away from local pubs. One man who worked in search and rescue had been beaten unconscious and hospitalised, recognised for TV interviews he had done.

My toddler wasn't around when my OCD involved continously checking that the doors and windows were closed, but it is not lost on me the progress I have clearly made when he asks if some particular door is "open" or "closed" (because he is learning what those words mean)
