Then fast forward to post HW and I’m sobbing over him??? Wild work. I even went back to replay the job quests like oh maybe I’ll feel different about him there. Despite loving him now I still could not stand his was in drg quests. Love those quests but man is he insufferable. And his pops too

LRP first class I ever picked in XIV was drg so my friend goes “oh cool you’re gonna meet Estinien before HW” I’m like oh sick you’ve talk a lot about him can’t wait to meet him. I meet him. I text my friend “THIS IS YOUR MAN???” Cause he pissed me off anytime he talked. I was FATIGUED of this man.

#xivwomenweek day 6 - endwalker 🌕 may you ever walk in the light of the crystal 💎 #impxiv #ffxivart #venat

Venat, an NPC from Final Fantasy 14, stands against a pitch black background with the mothercrystal illuminating her from behind in bright blue. Her face is obscured by the darkness except for her eyes, which glow with the same colors of the crystal. She also has crystal shards breaking through the skin of her face.

Had a dream once that I was the perpetual third wheel to Aymeric and Estinien’s situationship. To the point I was just the middle man delivering messages. Straight up said “can you at least pretend to care about me too you never ask me how I’m doing.” You have three guesses which one felt bad. 🧍🧍🧍

I don't hate Ao3 despite... certain things involving my work getting scraped for the bane of my existence at this point... but its dawning on me how the metrics being in plain sight lead to an obsession over numbers and feeling like a failure when it didnt hit a certain number. Not the site's fault!

Does Haurche worry he’s just milking the benefits at this point? Yeah sometimes but if the guy insists who is he to deny his want. (Yes Lovette judges him for this but she doesn’t like zephirin’s punk ass so she’s not about to intervene either)

000

Gloomy Calysi 🥀 @halonicheart.bsky.social · 22/09/2026

Favors for him. And at first Haurche was fine with it like okay I appreciate the sentiment I’ll let him get this out of his system, tell him it’s all good and life goes on. Only it’s been like 2-3 years in the works and Haurche doesn’t know how else to tell him to stop so he just… rolls with it.

I have a modern college/post collegeAU that will probably never see the light of day where Zephirin was the reason Haurchefant got into a sports related accident (haven’t worked out the details) and Zephirin felt so guilty over it that he’s OBNOXIOUSLY nice to Haurche. Goes OUT OF HIS WAY to do

Shadowkeeper [Ink, watercolor, gouache] [ #ffxiv #ffxivart #art ]

A traditional painting of Shadowkeeper from FFXIV. It depicts a large purple, black, and grey wolf monster with four outlines of eyes on the side of its head, three mouths with sharp canine teeth, and two sharp-clawed front legs outstretched. One leg is summoning a wall of inky shadows that drips down the side of the page.

Thinking about how Zephirin would be rolling in the metaphorical coffin if he knew it was in Lovette’s hands and not Camille, the woman he loved but couldn’t allow himself to be with. And yet the reasonable part of him knows she would do better with it than he ever did with clouded judgement.

010

Gloomy Calysi 🥀 @halonicheart.bsky.social · 22/09/2026

Thinking about how Lovette’s DRK job stone actually belonged to Zephirin and to this day she carries it, that was the stone that attatched to her, not the one she pulled from fray’s corpse. It’s her “burden” to carry. All the same it saved her. It’s a reminder. She can’t save everyone.
