The situation with FurAffinity is pretty amazing. Advertisers threatened their advertising revenue because they considered Plus Sized characters and characters HUGGING to be adult content. So FA said fuck off, and in two days raised their entire yearly funding. Advertisers are so bullshit stupid.

with love: nothing stops (industry) artists from making their online presence more than the blank canvas of just "digital artist" along with a business/patreon link in a bio and only posting an unannotated portfolio. E.g. a history of anti-generative-AI commentary does wonders against AI accusations
