I'd blame Sony more than Rockstar about that. Heck, if we're being honest you shouldn't give Nintendo any credit, since their "physical" media on the Switch 2 is basically just a card with a download code on it. It's nice it still supports old games, but Switch 2 is basically all digital downloads.
