Given the Manosphere / fascist "my dad can beat up your dad" energy out there, it's interesting to note that 71% of Democratic women think they could kick Trump's ass, and only 46% of Republican men think they can. The TDS of thinking Trump could even stand up to a stiff breeze is amazing.

Recent weeks has ASU teaching us about appropriate EdTech like the current regime has taught us about constitutional rights. This isn't how red teaming is supposed to be done.

I am concerned with efforts to out-simplify the right: embracing patriotism and simplistic solutions. We need to do the hard thing: Make America Less Stupid. Draping the left in the flag is easy. Encouraging critical thinking and raise the importance of improving intelligence.

ATF has recently vastly decreased the processing time on licenses and tax stamps for NFA items (silencers, SBRs, etc.). If you reduce the ability to process those, it means a very noticeable effect on access by gun owners. Will be interesting to see how that is received.

it's so darkly fascinating that America is simultaneously doing: - Hooverism-Trussism-Milleism as econ - Showa era factionalism - NatCon driven social policy - 90s Russia stealing of the state by DOGE - 80s LatAm hybrid regime shit with law
Musk absurdly suggests his reforms can push economic growth to 5% next year (which requires tripling productivity growth in one year) and that this would add $1 trillion in additional growth tax revenues over baseline (it would bring in $180 billion). He's just making up numbers.
