Yes, you get one appeal and then there is no way to do anything! I was £4 short once (mainly because they refunded the wrong ticket - in my favour) and I tried everything, just because, and nothing worked.

Ironically, EMR's ticketing and delay repay is run by...Trainline. I always book direct with train companies rather than Trainline and for Advance tickets most do an automatic delay repay which is good. For standard off peak you do have to put in a claim (understandably.)

Had dinner next to some hideous landlords. They wanted to evict their tenants and tear the solar panels off the house. Thought themselves posh but they lived in Radstock and couldn’t pronounce delice. I mean I’m from the worst edges of Horfield and I can say delice properly.

Charlton fans on the train to Cheltenham are having a ‘mare. Two of them tried using the wrong tickets while the bloke across the aisle opened a can that exploded all over the table and the immaculately dressed woman opposite him. She is now making a swift departure to another seat.
