Burnout recovery for ADHD sucks because burnout recovery can typically be 3-6 months for moderate cases, but 1-3 years for severe, chronic burnout - and with ADHD after like 2 weeks you’re feeling bored but also completely unmotivated to do anything.

We‘ve got a blackout going in my area and it’s wild that I can still post updates and use battery power and mostly the inconvenience comes from how I charge my devices and that I can’t use light switches (and other big appliances). Just seems wild thinking back on blackouts when I was a kid.
