Ash’s exit has been as unnecessarily complicated as his life. His remains were given to my cousin, whose father (Uncle Jack) died a few weeks later, but he very kindly returned them. His photo montage didn’t work at the funeral and neither did the longer one with playlist at his wake. I miss him.

Ash was cursed with an introverted mother and brother, which infuriated and enraged him. But he loved us too, as we did him. So we all got along together just fine. He wanted a big life. He shoulda just tried for longer. I hate the finality of this.
