It's a day ending in Y, so it's time for Trump to show what a thin-skinned narcissist he is. A little boy in a grown up world with a vindictive streak as wide as the Straits of Hormuz, even if the thing he did was a terrible, tragic idea. I'm sure FIFA can give him another Peace trinket.

The more I think about it, the more murdering Jerry would be a random move likely to throw everyone. If they murder Hannah, the Traitors will be playing a very obvious game. #CelebrityTraitors

So I'd be amazed if Richard got away with it. After that, it's pretty unclear, especially with recruitment.

Guy Hornsby @guyhornsby.bsky.social · 03/10/2026
BUT.... If Richard goes, then it'd be way too obvious to get rid of Hannah, for a round or two, and if they ditched Jerry, who doesn't have a clue, I think (my wife correctly suggested) it'll throw people, including Hannah. Unless.... They recruit her?

Guy Hornsby @guyhornsby.bsky.social · 03/10/2026
So my take.... Richard is toast. The round table felt like it swayed back towards him just when there was doubt. I'm gutted for Hannah as she was totally right with her prediction about how they've acted. And I thought that she'd be nailed on to be murdered..

Ok, we're 2 episodes into #CelebrityTraitors and it's been brilliant already. Richard has created an iconic moment for the ages, but simply being his unfiltered self. 😆

This is terrorism, plain and simple. Netanyahu's ultra-nationalist government has waved it through for years and has enabled these appalling incidents to occur. This is on him. Sadly, for all the international outcry, he simply does not care. www.theguardian.com/world/2026/s...

This is *not* the result of "the success of Mahmood's reforms", but of earlier measures/other factors. Her proposals could make it considerably *worse* in future years. A few other points linked below.. archive.ph/0psJ8
Falling migration numbers could cost the chancellor as much as £7bn in fiscal headroom as he writes his first budget, The Times has been told.

Government insiders believe that John Healey, who already faced an uphill battle to balance the books next month, is likely to have an even bigger challenge after immigration significantly undershot projections from the Office for Budget Responsibility (OBR).

The Institute for Fiscal Studies think tank estimated last month that the success of Shabana Mahmood’s reforms, which have seen net migration cut to the low hundreds of thousands, could cost Healey some £4bn.

Labour sources familiar with the budget process, however, said that the figure was now closer to £6.5bn. The OBR’s migration forecasts have been consistently higher than real numbers in recent years.

Treasury officials, who have long expected Mahmood’s reforms to cause a hit to headroom, described the number as “pure speculation” but did not deny that Healey would have to contend with a larger funding gap than expected because of falling migration

The school run means I may not make the opening overs for Lancs but if that's the final time I see her play then it's a lovely example of how her batting has come on over the years. A true Lancs legend, my god, I'll miss her out in the middle ❤️

Innings break and it's a reasonable 234/9 for Lancs. It's a slow outfield so a decent total after going at 4s for a long while. Excellent 85 from Tilly Kesteven, her highest Lancs score. And a lovely 20 (18) from Crossy. ❤️
