This is interesting to me bc I “worked on” one of these projects myself, I wasn’t sure they were real chats or not. Pay was good though

Hot take maybe but the Zelda remake looks so ugly. It’s just those old “OOT in unreal engine!” “What Zelda would look like in 4K” screenshots.

Literally why would I ever stream a game? It always fucking sucks. Quality sucks. Lags, looks like ass, etc.

First impressions of halo campaign evolved: feels like halo, shooting feels somewhat like halo 3? but in the 3 extra missions so far, the writing is REALLY lacking. Chief, one year before CE even takes place, would not say “you can’t change where you came from, only who you become” to a marine.

This feels written by someone who has never used an AI agent to code. If you think they have any better memory than me you are dearly mistaken. Claude 4.8 (even with the 1M context window) forgets things the moment it gets distracted. If anything, it does a decent job of emulating someone with ADHD

I’ve been moving into a new apartment with my gf since the 2nd, and was trying to find a decent couch on marketplace, and everything was so expensive for being like a 5 year old couch from ikea. I remember to check Craigslist and I shit you not some guy is GIVING AWAY this couch

Putting aside Sam Altman just continuing to emit huge lies constantly, this is an amazing example of what I mean when I talk about how GenAI is replacing *extremely low energy* digital tasks with *WAY WAY HIGHER ENERGY* replacements that *do not even work* Why TF is anyone using ChatGPT as a timer!

More good news from Germany. Scientists have discovered that they were wrong about how long it takes for solar panels to degrade, and that they can last twice as long as previously expected.

Scientists Were Wrong About How Fast Solar Panels Degrade - They May Last Twice as Long

Previous models have overestimated the rate of degradation in a solar installation's ability to generate power by between 20% to 50%

Useful note on portraying trans women: Shaving is a widely available method by which facial hair can be removed, which in many cultures is not only something people with facial hair can get away with, but actually broadly accepted. For this reason, it's commonly done even by closeted trans women

Unfortunately, the only way to end ANY bad systemic practice is to weaponize it against the GOP, because Republicans simply do not believe in fairness, and will never oppose anything that advantages them. The sooner Democrats recognize this, the better.
