I made another pizza. I think this might be the last one I make for a month or so... Using up the last of my pepperoni, some homemade sausage from the freezer, and capocollo. Monterey Jack and mozzarella blend of cheeses. Stay tuned to this spot on Monday when I share all the testing and recipes.
