Been in Hawaii for a week, and my ultimate travel tip is: ask locals for recommendations! Went to several spots recommended by Uber drivers, brewery staff, etc in Honolulu & they have all been incredible. Yelp and other online review sites are useful, but nothing compares to local expertise! 🌴🍹🌺🌊🍱

So mad at myself for taking so long, but I finally started on this 600-pg behemoth catalog of 52 of Dolly’s 60+ albums. I’m listening to each album in order as I read; it’s been good for my soul, plus an interesting chronicle of American history from 1967 to now. I’m only 5 albums in! 😅 #amreading
