Went through one last box of card stuff. Found the long lost Darren Daulton autograph I got on my 10th birthday. My grandma laminated it. She laminated everything. Also found a Dawson auto and the Griffey magazine. These are all coming back to Oregon with me.

After a maddeningly quiet week on the selling front, we received news today that a prospective buyer is getting a prequal from their bank tomorrow and another interested party is viewing the house tomorrow. Plus we're having an open house Sunday (if needed). Trying to be optimistic.

Hit up a couple of legendary spots in Tulsa today. Leon Russell's Church Studio and Cain's Ballroom, the home of Bob Wills from 1935-1942.
