Wild to see Twitch streamers with alleged "Masters Degree in Art" rely heavily on AI generated content in their streams. You're a talentless hack and it's been REALLY showing lately✌️

Man, Silksong is so good until you have to suffer through tedious gauntlets. I was relieved that there wasn't another arena until I realized they made 30 arenas and randomly spread them throughout the world. I guess I'm sick of cool video games going out of their way to exhaust me when I play them

This is the N-01B Eternity Pink, designed by Samantha Thavasa, a Japanese fashion brand! This came in my most recent keitai junk lot. While it didn't have any games, it has a very snazzy design! The keypad has numerous lighting patterns, some of which were downloadable.

Grunn is like The Outer Wilds but smaller in scope and way more ghosty. If you can understand most of that sentence, you should play it. I spent nearly all day yesterday playing it. It's honestly incredible!

Akin to the Crabification of all life through evolution, the Soulsification of everything else is inevitable, I'm afraid. I'm at least here for the fashion part of it.

Zendaya at the 2018 Met Gala wearing a silver chain and plate mail gown.

Glastonbury, 2023: Lil Nas X performs in gold plate mail covering parts of his abs in sections. He's also wearing a long, extravagant white fur coat with matching white pants and long fur chaps.

Chappell Roan attended the 2024 MTV awards in a pistachio velvet robe with gold embroidery along the lining, collar, and puffy, ruched sleeves.

Underneath, she wore a sheer gown with mid-length sleeves and a plunging neckline. Her accessories included leather bracers featuring chainmail wrist cuffs, armored rings with inches-long metallic nails, steel plate legs, a cross amulet, and a longsword.

Started watching four episodes of vintage anime (Sailor Moon, Patlabor, Slayers, Gundam) every week with Discord friends and can't stress enough how watching fun stuff with online friends is a low-cost, low-effort way to help you feel better about shit. Can't recommend it enough.

I'm convinced that the existence of Robbie Williams and his Monkey Movie™ are elaborate attempts to gaslight non-UK audiences into believing this guy is real.

I don't want to be a jerk, but I don't think Bluesky users know what they mean when they say the app "has no algorithm" Try: "It's not the same algorithm as Twitter" "Bluesky supports multiple algorithms" "...decentralized algorithm" Yeah, I'm actually a ton of fun at parties, believe it or not.

To be more precise about it, there are studies examining the impact of burnout on the prefrontal cortex and amygdala. Thankfully there are also studies that suggest that recovery is possible but they still need to be replicated. If you’re a game dev, here are some resources:

If you're new to Bluesky like me but you're not using their labeler feature, you should be. Labels add a little tag to your account that lets people know some information about you without going to your profile. You must be subscribed to a labeler before you can see its labels. I use these🧵⬇️

I don't think we're ready yet to talk about just how badly game dev teams are ran. AA/A, Indie, Publishing - all of them. The amount of money and energy wasted through bad planning, poor communication and sheer incompetence is staggering. Games don't need to be this expensive or exhausting to make.

Bluesky sort of dropped the ball on branding, huh? They could have made the logo a sheep that looks like a fluffy cloud and we could be calling our posts "Bleats" Instead, I saw someone saying we call posts "skeets" over here.

Some moments from @scarolinetv.bsky.social's Halloween stream. We watched some dark rides and haunted house walkthroughs, I bitched out Gene Simmons, and we debated Goofy's existence while digging up some of his troubled past. Check out the VOD on twitch or wait for it to be uploaded on YouTube 👇
