No the ocrevus is still preventing new lesions really well. I haven't had any new lesions or flareups in years. This is likely just non-active SPMS. Things just degrade over time.

Gone on too long to be a flare up. It could be something I just didn't notice until a while ago. Lack of feeling is tricky. Might be my body dipping its toe into SPMS. Which is why I'm going to try what I can. Been nearly 20 years so I've been expecting the time would come eventually.

Today we learned that the puppy is extremely allergic to bee stings. He's seen the vets and we got him there way ahead of anaphylaxis. He's had steroids and other shots and they're happy that his breathing and stuff is okay so they let him come home to recover. This is truly a crap Monday.

I bought these bands a long time ago. Even at my absolute worst I can always commit to a couple of minutes a day stretching with them. Yoga and pilates and gyms are big. Start smaller and build on what you want. We always forget to be kinder to ourselves.

If you keep it light and don't try and overdo it, you should be fine. I always recommend to start small and feel it out. Some of my fatigue spells back in the day would be so bad for me I couldn't even eat so lifting anything was out of the question, but it's sorta a long game we all play with this.

As someone with MS nearly 20yrs who lifts heavy: Any type of strength training counts even if you aren't feeling 100%. Whenever and at whatever weight you feel comfortable. Even if you are lifting a bag of sugar. Even if you get the arm and leg weights and just move around the house. It all helps.
