UPDATE 🚨: ICE delayed Marrero's release by filing an intent to appeal the judge's decision to grant bond. ICE has 10 days to appeal the ruling, otherwise Marrero will be released. “My husband is super strong… he knows that this is not going to break us," said Matthew Marrero on an Instagram post.
