Stack it all and we hit the £70bn, with £5bn spare. Q: Is this really a choice between unpalatable options—or, post-Trump/NATO/wars, do we just need it all? If not these options then what other credible (to sensibly sceptical bond markets) options should we take instead? 7/7
Chart showing stacked options - 16bn for basic rate tax, 3bn from higher rate, 16bn from no triple lock, 30bn from SM+CU rejoin, 10bn from full EU membership. Making £75bn overall, which is only just over the £70bn related to lifting defence spending.

Just patched the cable to my Bose headphones for the third time. After 8+ years and 50+ plane journeys, I don't think they owe me much. But, maybe just a few more years 😉

But, at least one of them is grand ... San Francisco Maru at 50-60 metres, using a rebreather. Whole-assed :-) Gators and dungeons you can keep!

I love the opportunity #3Dprint gives to restore one of a kind things like this antique clock case lock. The original steel spring broke, and would be hard to remanufacture. This little PETG spring fits perfectly and it works beautifully. Now just to find or make a suitable key.

It is. An example I did below - though this was solid Nylon (I forgot to photograph the metal version). It was to remove a very shallow 12 sided nut via a small hole in the centre, so it went in in 5 parts, then expanded
