shocked they haven't changed the dogshit sbr outro yet since even japanese viewers hate it

the official site saying hajime is the protagonist of Goodbye Despair specifically instead of just "the protagonist" or "the protagonist of 2x2".... I'm gonna be right lmao

the tutorial recruits not having any supports with their respective teams is weird enough since yknow, you're required to recruit them, but leda's tutorial recruit having "oh yeah I was there at the event that is your entire motivation and informs your character arc" in her backstory is crazy

I have been enjoying fortunes weave so far (as someone who was kinda meh on three houses) but it does deadass feel like the game launched with half the content that they actually wanted to put in

started leda's route and I got glimpses of her personality in the other routes but I wasn't expecting them to just fully show her whole deal in the prologue fight

it is funny how the notion of "talking like sephiroth" is entirely informed by KH and Compilation of FF7 sephiroth which are where he started talking like that

its like so crazy that the entire reason people here dislike the staff is entirely due to uneven application of their moderation, where bigots who lead harassment campaigns get protected while black and/or queer users get nuked for the slightest misstep. It didnt have to be like this

found out that I'm blocked by the head of trust and safety on here which is I guess a step up from him permabanning with no appeal when he's lightly made fun of. Still seems like a bad move for a staff account.

my only advice is read the manga because them trimming the intro with sandman alone cuts out so much context about his character and why he's in the race

also this game is long as fuck already but you can really tell they wanted the four secondary lord characters to be routes as well. 8 part 1 routes would be super excessive so I get it though. Maybe as dlc

it is funny that when they did that direct about fortunes weave they mentioned you can jump between characters at any point but doing that will actively make your playthrough worse

I wonder if its intentional that all the like, first partner characters of the main lords in fortune's weave have something going on with their eyes. Buccar has a scar over one of his eyes, Bonaventure has an eyepatch, Tialla wears glasses and Fabio has amblyopia
