Across these islands, the political landscape has changed. Scotland, Wales and the north of Ireland are led by First Ministers committed to independence from the UK. Scotland has the right to decide its future and no Westminster government can simply deny democracy.

"How do voters move to independence?" Whilst agreeing that 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Scotland has a right to decide its own future, these two unionists (who are contesting to lead Labour in Scotland) fail to provide an answer to the basic question. For the London parties, democracy is by Westminster veto.
