This pull was WILD. The hits just kept coming.

A pack opening results screen from Pokémon TCG Pocket. All 5 cards are rare and were new pulls for me.

spending my day in airports so i'm listening to red sonja: consumed by gail simone (and expertly read by felicia day, combining two of my favorite things)

yeah, it shows up like this when i post or reply to people. it looks cleaner than having it my name, so i like it haha

i use a labeler to show my pronouns! i thiiiink they only show up for people who also use the labeler but i like it being there for people who do, so that it's somewhere besides just my bio

i'm not surprised by how much i love exceptional x-men considering how much i loved kate during krakoa, but i also love her and her lost boy mutants dojo group 🥹

A panel from Exceptional X-Men #3. It's a drawing of Melee, Bronze, and Axo, done by Trista. She's showing it to Alex and Thao and explaining how she came up with their codenames.

Trista: Melee. You always run headfirst into a fight, ready fcode anesthesia. Bronze. That's how I look when I change. And it sounds cool. And Axo. Like axolotl--get it? They change color, like you.

somehow this fic has become my baby and it just makes me so happy to write it even though it's self-indulgent twaddle

From a Google doc.

“Dinner,” she says, so suddenly he nearly starts. “I want to have dinner with you.”

“In the underworld?” he asks, and it’s his turn to raise an eyebrow at her. “You’ve heard the stories, I’m sure.”

“Yes.” She rolls her eyes, stepping back from him and waving a dismissive hand. “I’ll risk it.”

I am seeing so many posts on social media about boycotting the inauguration. Don't you dare. Don't you dare turn your eyes away from history, even the awful, scary parts. If you don't watch it with your own eyes, you rely on others to tell you what you saw. We must all bear witness to what's coming

offering a cat pic as i also ask a question: i've been getting a lot of sus followers that i've been blocking, but some of the more obvious bot ones i feel like i should report? but i'm not sure what to say/select for the report. any chance you have a handy-dandy thread guide?

An enamel pin of Gambit from the X-Men by @kaydeefoxx.bsky.social. He's about half the size of my palm, in his typical trenchcoat and bodysuit, with his bo staff. The bo staff can be spun!!
