Gamers: I hate micro transactions, they shouldn't exist. Also gamers: every single game should get regular updates and new content for years after release, without me having to pay for it. Personally I don't like the predatory microtransactions, but I think extra money for extra content is fine.

Hosted a MTG cube draft today to raise money for a local food bank and had each player sign a card from their deck:

OverClocked ReMix (We ♥ game music!) 🎮🎵 @ocremix.org · 12/10/2025

25 years in, we are NOT allowing genAI music onto OC ReMix, full stop. We're 100% against genAI music and are a community geared toward authentic creativity and artistic development. You don't get that by doing text prompts. ocremix.org/remix/OCR04918 youtube.com/watch?v=fUsg...

Recent comment: "This A.I. music is as fake as 🏈 🦇."

In this case, this is human-made. (3 of our judges panel are also involved as collaborators on it: jnWake, pixelseph, and paradiddlesjosh.)

We explicitly do NOT accept any music made with generative A.I. There are tools out there that help identify genAI music. If music involving genAI is ever unknowingly let on, it will be removed if it's discovered.

I would have preferred an option to simply switch to the original, pixellated sprites rather than an entire “Classic” version. That or have each sprite completely redone in a more hand drawn, fittingly HD art style. Your mileage may vary. Here is a quick comparison vs my JVC D-Series CRT’s S-Video

This app sucks just as much as the other one. I follow a very small number of accounts, but today I was bored so I clicked on discover only to find a bunch of random furry and porn stuff. I don’t follow anything related to that. I was hoping to find some other cool fighting game people or something.

Some more things I hate since I’m in a bad mood: 1. People who flake out last minute on getting together despite me having way more responsibilities and way less free time than them so I have to plan weeks or months ahead to hang out just to get canceled on 2. When family members are sick

@insertcredit.com also in regards to episode 399 and fighting games, EVO is soon and they will have a stream that jumps around between the different games with beginner friendly commentary similar to what DOTA used to do.

@insertcredit.com the reason that Sailor Moon (it’s the SNES) version comes up when you search for Kusoge is that that term in the fighting game community is used endearingly to describe janky, unbalanced, crazy fighting games that are still fun to play. Sailor Moon is one of the best examples.
