Catholic Church, like most churches, is heavily influenced and controlled by reactionaries. Francis was less reactionary but still constrained by institution/capitalism. For an accepting church that honors God we must overthrow capitalism and end corruption.

i think there's a linguistic slip happening that's important to understanding the appeal of trump to voters- the anonymous banker doesn't get to say those things, hence not using his name in the article, but trump does, hence the vicarious fantasy. my point is it makes it all way more pathetic
