I got started with my work computer keyboard, using filmed and lubed silent Alpacas and its amazing - just enough click but almost zero sound, I use it often to type up notes during video calls and nobody yet can hear it or notices I’m typing.

In my experience, you either make excessively loud clicky or impressively silent keyboard videos. Red/brown/blue/yellow/etc. discussion might help, perhaps a coiled usb/PS2 cable pic…?

Re: Talarico, I have the distinct impression that he’s walking a fine line here to try to support trans rights whilst remaining electable in Texas. I grew up there, I know a lot of folks there that are not yet fully on board the trans rights bandwagon but still are looking to vote for Talarico.

Their decaf has always been horribly over-roasted so I haven’t been for years. Always thought it tasted like what a 6-yo thought coffee should taste like, and that’s why they have so many sugary foofy drinks, to cover up the flavor.

If there’s one thing that every parent knows, it’s that you have complete control over what your kids do for their careers, and that no kid has ever gone against a parent’s wishes or done something embarrassing for the parent. Kids are notoriously good at thinking of the parents first, at all ages.

Count me as absolute condemnation - most irresponsible and outrageous after-the-fact connivance I’ve seen. One tiny downdraft or wind gust could have killed thousands. There’s a reason MSA is 1k over congested areas.

I make “salsa chicken” in the pressure cooker and it takes 30 seconds with the paddle to shred the cooked chicken breasts, usually 2-3lb worth.

I bought R a 6qt (?) years ago, as she is the baker and I thought she’d have a similar revelatory moment. She has not. *I*, however, have had a wonderful time using the thing. I don’t have the pasta attachment, but I have a grater/slicer set and a sausage grinder/stuffer set that are *chef’s kiss*

Back in the corporate world after 13+ years as an independent consultant, 1st trip out of the gate and I’m stuck in the 2nd to last row. Man, I miss Oshkosh. Couldn’t even get corporate to agree to reimburse me if I flew myself to the client!
