BMA and particularly @goldstone-tony.bsky.social have done some good work there - but fundamentally accountants can't change the law. If you do private practice there are some (limited) routes to move things, but for pure NHS folk like me the accountant advice is just to do less work!

Plus the date on this replacement RPSS is 14/11/24, but I only received it in post today 3/12/24. So if the 3 month time window for submission is now reset, to what date is that going to be? If HMRC are basing the timescale on the letter's date, I've lost almost 3 weeks of time already.
