Now having actually played the game, this is SUCH a good breakdown of what you can expect. This is a game of yearning and trust. Very different from the wholesale grief of TTWH, but playing so well with a very different, heavy set of feelings. I can't wait for people to try it!!!

That matches what I heard from their customer service. It sounds like the facilty this order was sent to doesn't bundle them as default, but they kind of implied that other facilities do? Which is wild, especially if the bundling is then an extra charge.

That's been my experience, too. Most of the time it's damaged copies, but I've had the rare other issue. It's really a toss of the dice. At least they've always fixed every issue I've reported.

They were sent via UPS, but I do think a lot of the issue was the total lack of packaging inside the boxes. The first set had a TON of just empty space for them to slide around in. Also, definitely good to know about the shrink wrapping....

I'll also say: the couple times I recieved bundled, shrink-wrapped copies from Mixam (before it became an add-on), I had little to no issues. I've had enough painful orders that I'm shopping around for a new US-based printer, but it's possible I'll try Mixam one last time with their bundling option.

Fortunately their customer service replaced the damaged copies. Unfortunately, half the replacement copies also arrived damaged and there had to be Another replacement sent. I'm not out any money but I AM out many hours of time.
