Yeah, which is why asking for proper crediting is a great idea. If people want to mass email KQ or any company about anything, that's a great one. Wanting to know where the art came from is great & more reasonable to ask for, it's something actionable they can do to show us they have integrity

Exactly! If there are real CGI artists behind that, imagine how it must make them feel to see people calling it "AI slop" or "slop from the slop machine" Since there is no way for people to tell for sure I think a healthy skepticism is good, but being outright accusatory doesn't help anyone+

a moral failure on the individual being tricked, and I think that's where the disconnect lives. Be mad at the companies, yes, when you know for sure. Be mad when you realize you've been duped. But being mad preemptively, being mad ALL the time to protect yourself from being duped. That's exhausting

We have to look at everything that way these days, though. There are entire people the world thinks are real that are literally AI hallucinations (like Charity Nye, Bill Nye's non-existent daughter that Google still thinks is real and a ton of articles exist about) I think people are getting too +

Exactly! Until such time that I know for sure I need to be mad I'm gonna just enjoy the fact that Pirateez is back 🏴‍☠️ I've been waiting for this day for 1million years. Also KQ using AI (if they did) is not necessarily a reflection of the members, and I think it's important to remember that too

Every person I've seen with any CGI experience has been saying it looks CGI with maybe possible AI use for the movement in some places, but that isn't confirmed in any way. 🤷

I'm gonna say once: I don't think we should jump to AI accusations quite so fast, bc untrained eyes cannot meaningfully tell the difference. Until confirmed proof gen AI was used I reserve the right to enjoy things like the new ATZ trailer without being mad Fuck AI but like be sure it was AI first

There is no way to know for sure unless they release credits for the video. It could be but it could also just be CGI. I'm just going to enjoy the comeback regardless because even if KQ uses AI, ATEEZ members don't like it & have been very vocal about that. They don't control every bit of marketing
