Just remembered the time I was in a car accident and undergoing physiotherapy for my injuries and when I explained that was why I was slightly behind on some of my university work, instead of asking if I was okay or needed extra help, the lecturer angrily told me not to have any more accidents 😀

When u apply for disability benefits, they look into your entire life, health, and finances. It's like if undergoing an intensive tax audit also had a medical component. It is exhausting, and traumatizing, and the idea that anyone would put themselves thru all that to "game the system" is ridiculous
