Start and end of the first run for two weeks. Good to get most of it done in daylight and that will only improve! Enjoyed some speed work even though it wasn’t very speedy. Found a flat-ish route near work with no roads which looks like it’ll work well for these sessions. #ukrunchat #garminplan

Run directing at the beautiful Foots Cray Meadows this morning. Fab team of vols saw 90 runners safely out and home. A fabulous evening yesterday with the good friends, a delicious dinner then listening to the St Martin’s Ensemble at St Martin in the Fields. It was all amazing but the Vivaldi (which is what we really went for) was fantastic! #vivaldi #fourseasons

It’s seven years ago today that I broke my arm whilst running. So how else to celebrate than going for a run! A lovely jog around the penguin trail in Fleet Street Quarter.

Christmas dinner #2 was equally excellent, this time with the Dulwich parkrun core team (and other halves). I’m so lucky I to have this fabulous team of enthusiastic, dependable people supporting Anthony and me as co-EDs #loveparkrun
