I saw this documentary about “Via della Conciliazione,” the street created by Mussolini to symbolise the reconciliation between Italy and the Catholic Church. It focuses mainly on an entire “linear district” torn down to make way for the new route.

The conservative Berlin government is bringing devastating cuts to transport, culture, and education. By slashing essential services, they're sabotaging the future of our city. Who do we have to thank for this? The car-centric suburbs.
A map showing the results of the 2023 Berlin state election. The centre is a mix of Green, Left, and SPD. The suburbs are all conservative, aside from two districts in the east that voted AfD.
