Ginge @gingeyf.bsky.social · 27/09/2026The real start of my training now! And a little update as to how much you’ve all donated to Stars Dorset. Thank you x Plus a few photos at the end from both walks 😊 #ultrachallenge #hiking #starsdorset #training #countryside 110
Ginge @gingeyf.bsky.social · 14/09/2026Def won’t be there on 16th as overnighting in Weymouth then hopefully off to Bridport if not too broken. Need to get into proper training soon (in Italy atm only training my beer arm!!). You should pop down to the route and cheerlead the walkers lol I expect Pom Poms! 😉 010
Ginge @gingeyf.bsky.social · 13/09/2026Not quite! This is the beginning of the walk so we’d still be pretty cheery then I think lol x 100
Ginge @gingeyf.bsky.social · 12/09/2026I’m ok thanks hunny, it’s been a journey that’s for sure. But a worthwhile one with the outcome, just need to try n get back to normal. Are you still doing your coast guard/watch shifts? Would the walk come past your post? X 100
Ginge @gingeyf.bsky.social · 12/09/2026Thank you for sponsoring me! Sorry it’s taken me a while, as it’s the charity’s site I don’t get notified of a new sponsor and it was a bit of a rush at home to come on holiday. Thank you so much xx 101
Ginge @gingeyf.bsky.social · 06/09/2026Hey little bit of an update on what’s been going on for me, 2 videos created a few weeks apart. 111
Ginge @gingeyf.bsky.social · 06/09/2025There was also this but I'm assuming this is something to do with a vapour trail maybe!? Beautiful skies out there this morning 😊 100
Ginge @gingeyf.bsky.social · 06/09/2025@wessexweather.net I see these things and think of you! Hope you're ok? Over Alderholt this morning 😊 fallstreak hole? 120
Ginge @gingeyf.bsky.social · 04/06/2025Oh cool, that sounds good and very much needed! You seem to have quite a bit of radio experiance too so right up your street! I hope your shifts are non eventful however 🙂 010
Ginge @gingeyf.bsky.social · 03/06/2025Ooo what is an NCI Watchkeeper? Anything with Watchkeeper in the title sounds cool! We did survive! Winds up to 60mph, it wasn't fun, torrential rain too so I'm glad for it to be calm tonight to get a good night's sleep! 110
Ginge @gingeyf.bsky.social · 02/06/2025Well not seen any yet! Yes over for the TT, it's been great fun to watch but tonight is stressful! In the van with an air awning and it's blowing a hoolie! Rain should be with us shortly, roll on about 3am when it's calmer! Hope you are all good? 100
Ginge @gingeyf.bsky.social · 02/06/2025Yay! I was hoping they were 😁 still not seen mammatus yet...due to get stormy here later (wish us luck, we're camping!) so may see something before that 110
Ginge @gingeyf.bsky.social · 22/04/2025Still clearing down my stock, £2 per handmade bar of soap is an absolute bargain! Please visit www.madcatladysoaps.co.uk or message me to order 010
Ginge @gingeyf.bsky.social · 03/03/2025And it's been bloody lovely! Dry washing (god I'm sooo middle aged lol) and sun bathing cats 😊 010
Ginge @gingeyf.bsky.social · 05/02/2025Good morning from a chilly, sunny and flooded Harbridge. Couldn't resist stopping on the way into work (just after the flood water on the road!). This will always be my favourite photo spot @wessexweather.net #sunnymorning #britishweather #winter2025 011
Ginge @gingeyf.bsky.social · 25/01/2025Thought you might approve! No walk is complete without a cheeky pub visit at the end 😉 010
Ginge @gingeyf.bsky.social · 25/01/2025If you do decide to come and have a walk, I can highly recommend the Alice Lisle pub for a nice lunch near Ibsley (the Alice Lisle story is a good Google too, my husband works in her old house 😊) and the Foresters in Frogham for an after arrow finding pint 😊 110
Ginge @gingeyf.bsky.social · 25/01/2025This should give you an idea of where I was and the circles are where the war items were. A couple of great things to see up by Frogham too, the bombing range shelter and the aircraft arrow too 110
Ginge @gingeyf.bsky.social · 25/01/2025I love it, opposite where RAF Ibsley was and it's great you can go in as well (although a good torch is needed). Have you seen the arrow up near Frogham? I'm not a war geek but this being local to me has turned me into a bit of one x 120
Ginge @gingeyf.bsky.social · 25/01/2025It was beautiful, I love a good sunset. I'm good thank you lovely, dieting, exercising, all those fun new year things! You? 100
Ginge @gingeyf.bsky.social · 25/01/2025Nice 6 mile out walk around Ibsley Common, lots of WWII bits around to look at. Great rehab for my injured knees. @wessexweather.net not sure if you're into old war stuff but I feel like you might like to see 😊 330
Ginge @gingeyf.bsky.social · 25/01/2025It was stunning on the way home, just couldn't pull over for photo 100
Ginge @gingeyf.bsky.social · 23/01/2025Oh wow, that's quite a late start but at least gives you time to get your life together beforehand. I wasn't a fan of getting up at 5 to start at 7 I must admit! If I want to do the 57 it's probably best its not as tough, I don't want to set my knees back. Maybe next year tho....😉 010
Ginge @gingeyf.bsky.social · 22/01/2025That looks a nice route, lots to see on the way. Do you do the 100 in 24 hrs or is it over 2 days? I'm thinking of the South Coast one. Spent so much time on the Jurassic coast, I need a change. But the halves are 43km or 57....tempted with a 57 but need to think about that a bit more first 100
Ginge @gingeyf.bsky.social · 22/01/2025Exciting! Which one are you doing? Im planning half (ish) an Ultra Challenge this year provided my knee rehab goes well after the Macmillan hike 100
Ginge @gingeyf.bsky.social · 22/01/2025Insane snow! I can't believe florida has more snow that the south of England has managed this winter 😤🤪 020
Reposted by GingeMet4Cast @met4cast.net · 22/01/2025Just casual widespread gusts exceeding 100MPH across Ireland on Friday. This is developing into a potentially very severe & dangerous storm. This model isn’t even the most extreme offering, the ECM has gusts approaching 140MPH just off the coast. 27617
Ginge @gingeyf.bsky.social · 21/01/2025Wxcharts! That's it, thank you! Not that I massively know what I'm looking at but I keep myself entertained having a nosey 😊 020
Ginge @gingeyf.bsky.social · 21/01/2025Hiya, what website do you use for the models? I used to have it up on my laptop but I've closed the tab and no idea what it was called 😔 200
Ginge @gingeyf.bsky.social · 15/01/2025Lol don't do that! You'll be thrown back in the chair staring at your ankles before you know it! With no kit kat 😉 next time tho....no custard creams! 020
Ginge @gingeyf.bsky.social · 14/01/2025Morning from Harbridge 😊 @wessexweather.net @met4cast.net #sunrise 0101
Ginge @gingeyf.bsky.social · 08/01/2025Finally some snow! BH24 @wessexweather.net @met4cast.net #uksnow 020
Ginge @gingeyf.bsky.social · 03/01/2025I'm in Alderholt so not a million miles away, I usually end up a bit late for work on these kind of mornings but it's worth it 😊 010
Ginge @gingeyf.bsky.social · 03/01/2025Good morning and happy new year! -6 at home this morning so it was only right to take photos on the way into work through Harbridge, Hampshire @wessexweather.net @met4cast.net #winter #photos #landscapephotos 2434
