Listening to the D.C. Circuit's en banc oral argument regarding Judge Boasberg's efforts to investigate contempt of court in regards to the CECOT flights, and it's not going great for the government right now. It seems like the en banc court is likely to allow the investigation to go forward.

Yeah, Schmitt is lucky there’s a Speech or Debate Clause. This is inexcusable. Klobuchar focused on the “dirtbag” claim in Schmitt’s conclusion, but Schmitt also said to Smith, “I think you’ve already perjured yourself.”
