had an awful day so I decided to cook a huge batch of my comfort meal that I could eat it over the next couple days. Spent over an hour working on it. Ends up one of the main ingredients (crème fraîche) was spoiled and I didn't notice until it was all mixed in so I had to throw the entire batch away
