paying attention to my calorie intake (not obsessively, I fuckin’ love food lmao) and also regularly taking my levothyroxine has helped a lot. I have no desire to take any meds to make me lose weight, no thanks! I wanna do this myself. But yeah, idk, I’m loving this. Just really happy lately 🫶

CW / TW - Weight loss (I know the subject can be difficult for some folks, so.) I’ve lost 12.5lbs since mid June and I’m so proud of myself. Breaking my wrist /sucked/ but it ended up being the push I needed to really start caring about my overall health. Regular walks (couldn’t do anything else)-
