Fifer. A child in the 50s. Proud product of a one-parent family. Independence is normal. But Westminster isn't. I don't do chats, sorry. Can't stand the fuds on here. Almost the right height, almost the right weight. Confirmed cynic. Grumpy AF.

Do you ever wonder where the stupid kids you knew at school ended up? They become stupid adults. What a shocker! They follow Farage, listen to GB News, and read the Daily Mail. They voted for Brexit, they go to Spain and complain about the number of Spanish people.

My 4 year old granddaughter and 3 year old grandson helped establish some rules for the dinner table. I reckon they would apply anywhere.
Handwritten rules for the dinner table, from the mouthed of grandchildren, for example NO SLIME.

I was surprised to find out how similar Labour's policies are today, compared to Blair's in 1997. Watch "The Project" on BBC iPlayer for some excellent acting and a feeling of utter dismay at the historical repetition to which we are being subjected.

Grumpme: So 58% of 'Scots' would support Scottish Independence if Farage becomes PM. Wtaf🤷‍♀️ Have some fecking pride and take your brains oot yer arse 🤦🏻‍♀️. If Nigel Farage becomes PM then it's already too feckin late because he sure isn't going to agree to a Referendum & kiss goodbye to Devolution.

Australia voted out the Trump lovers & their leader lost his seat. Canada voted out the Trump lovers & their leader lost his seat. Greenland voted out the Trump lovers & they didn't win a seat. England let the Trump lovers win 10 councils & two mayoralties. This is why Scotland needs independence.

Amazon spent $12.7 million last year on union busting. If unions weren't so important, companies wouldn't be spending millions each year trying to break them.

If Starmer is willing to help Trump host a lucrative golf tournament, will he caddy for him too? | Marina Hyde
The prime minister is apparently pursuing ways to land the 2028 Open for the president. With friends like that, POTUS surely won’t be carrying his own clubs, says Guardian columnist Marina Hyde

Hey morons! He didn't pause shit. He left a 10% tariff in place on pretty much everything. He is testing us to see how much the public will withstand.

The thought police are alive and well, and working in the UK. George Orwell was frighteningly predictive. Parents being arrested as a result of complaining about their daughter's school and women arrested in a Quakers' meeting for planning a protest.

Canada is potentially about to elect a Prime Minister with a PhD in economics from Oxford, Mexico elected someone with a degree in physics and a PhD in energy engineering… Meanwhile, America elected a barely sentient orange turnip. Any Questions?!

Fibre - what is that? I prefer what my mother used to call it - ROUGHAGE. Now 'Roughage' sounds like something that's going to get in there and hustle things along. 'Fibre', sounds like some kind of wishy-washy substance that doesn't want to make things awkward for the gut.

Arrived home after suffering through Gladiator 2; this movie is a piece of nonsense. Paul Mescal is badly cast as the lead – he’s a boy sent to do a man’s job. He has neither stature nor presence, amongst the other Gladiators he appears to be in the junior squad.
