Tonight's haunt was St Albans Sanatorium House of Shadows! Actual old mental institution, luckily, "no scares on stairs" because there are a lot of them! Fantastic haunt, pretty long, and a lot of fun. I don't normally get scared but one bit made me actually back up a couple of steps!

My procedurally generated no-data shooter now has settable physics (gravity, monster attributes, etc) so you can make some games a bit more wild. A little bit of procedurally generated random music, but hard to hear it over the procedurally generated sound effects! #indiegame #gamedev #noai

Saw MST3K: The Rifftrax Experiment in theater. They did Sting of Death, a William Grefé Florida-exploitation film. Interestingly, I did both this one and his Death Curse of Tartu on Mondopiece Theatre. I really enjoyed myself, this is old school MST3K and was like an A tier TV episode.

Coyote vs Acme is very good, and even funnier if you are a long time fan of Looney Tunes, and it has clever bits, the re-contextualization of the Coyote / Roadrunner fight and some other clever character twists. It also deftly navigates some big tonal shifts, with a lot of heart.

Hickman's run on #Avengers borrowed the superflow / new universe idea from Ellis' Newuniversal, but Hickman shined a light in the dark corners and explained everything. Hickman's world building skill wasn't as good a fit as the macguffin in Ellis' book. Still love Hickman's run! #comics
