Airports are utterly torrid for neurodivergent folk. The noise, lighting, people and processes that aren’t always intuitive. Thank god for the Flighty app. I can sit back and know exactly where my plane is and which gate it’s at.

Finally on my way home from work, stopped off at Lidl on my way home. At the bus stop I had a very inquisitive toddler repeatedly be inquisitive into my shopping bags 😆 Offered the mum some chocolate from an unopened package, much to the kids delight. A fab act of kindness at an end of a long day
