Exciting new open-source tool from WEHI’s Bioimage Analysis Core & collaborators: napari-lattice cuts processing data sizes by ~2.6-fold and completed an end-to-end analysis pipeline in 12 hours. A huge advance in handling massive 3D and 4D lattice light-sheet datasets 👏
