Interestingly - we have a National Disability Insurance Scheme for people with disability access (Which is a database of assessed disability in Australia) ‘Insurance’ as in Early intervention supports (esp. for some disabilities like autism), may reduce for ongoing support later

We don’t have that. We have universally accessible healthcare in Medicare, and a Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme that ensures medications are affordable… No implants to collect biometric & medical and whatever else data here … never even heard it floated as an option
