For sure. IMO the reward aspect of the ‘training’ is a (the?) fundamental problem. Incentivised agents will prioritise the reward over guardrails. But ultimately, that failing is being allowed to happen. It’s also being facilitated by slow & inept responses, & zero consequences for the instigator.
