Frustrating read. I don't know direct ins & outs of US labor law around this, but the overall fundamental point of these organisations is to ENSURE that a place is good enough to not need its power. It's the same as privacy laws. They matter for when shit hits the fan. Unions are your INSURANCE.

Slight update on this. It's gotten dramatically worse. At the moment it is difficult to see anything in detail no matter how close or far it is from my face. Screens or any ambient light make it so I can barely see at all especially if the source is particularly bright. Surgery is in a month. 🤞

I have design thoughts on this... It's hard, but not impossible even with an unupgraded kit to solo to a vault & extract right now. I almost managed myself just last night. Yeah it was TOUGH but it's early roguelite. It should be. Idk, feels like yet more overreactive adjustments to me.

I have a skin condition and this anxiety occasionally does hit me. I wish my skin was nicer to the touch & less rough. But also, do the things you need to do to maintain yourself omg. I'm years into e, my skin is scaley and I do all the right stuff, turns out eczema doesn't care about gender??

I actually went to see a doctor today as my eye has been playing up a bit. Was basically boiled down to stress. Which like... YES. PROBABLY. But that doesn't HELP. We'll be seeing an optician but wow I wonder what I can do about being stressed by unemployment, trans rights & the world rn. 🫠
