#RootsTech I'm done for today, but my parting thoughts are: - being proactive in noting which records will/will not be available at a specific place & time; this helps eliminate unnecessary searches. - the importance of a research log/a record of what exactly you searched for. - timelines!

Genealogists of Bluesky (and by extension #genchat ): When you have multiple possible ancestors or ‘aspects’ of a family tree you could look at, how do you decide which you’re going to tackle each day? Do you just jump straight in? Have you a list? Locations or thematically? I’m really curious.
