Met with my psychiatrist last week and shared the results of some bloodwork in the zoom. She saw all the tabs i have open and said "wow that's a lot" and i was like "this is just the non-work stuff on my work laptop, i have another window of work stuff, and a ton more at home" she thinks i have ADHD

Gave my presentation on the flatwoods monster and the hopkinsville goblins tonight. It went great imo, and i had a ton of fun researching it. I found early investigations on the encounters, the project bluebook files, etc. I also got did a lot of google image searching for "sexy [cryptid]"

I’m off-boarding with my current therapist. She clearly doesn’t really know what to do with me, and I’m still struggling to use the things she’s taught me. We’ll see how things go. Im going to try and not spiral back to “why should I talk to anyone? Nobody talks to me or likes me.”

yea my therapist wants to be rid of me i feel like my depression has been getting worse, i still have no self-confidence, but i do think my social anxiety is a bit better. Kinda curious if i am actually autistic, but is it worth an uninsured diagnosis from a psychiatrist?
