[The Tower - Blue Blight Tarot 17/78] An artistic render of the visions as seen by the team of Edward Lester in 1923. No such behaviour yet has been seen of the Skypiercer, but the near-contagious nature of these visions does hint at a goal for this blue monolith. #tarot

Tarot card illustration of the Skypiercer as the tower card. Three branching prongs can be seen reaching from the tip of the spire, with tentacles reaching down from a gash in the sky. Multiple Omens can be seen in a line at the ground going towards the Skypiercer's base.

[The Devil - Blue Blight Tarot 16/78] Researchers within the Deep Forest are to take Innoculation Index Tests monthly to see how much of their mind is still preserved. After all, it is a well-known fact that ones who stare long enough into the abyss will have it look back. #tarot

Tarot Illustration of the source of the Blue Blight (the channel model) reaching out towards the camera with eyesocket glowing a soft blue glow, reality breaking at the seams around it. This card features a mix of high contrast style and splash art style, breaking the typical pattern.

[Temperance - Blue Blight Tarot 15/78] Luminarchs serve a vital role within the Blue Blight, focusing and tuning activity of creates within the Deep Forest. Their ability to design new entities can either stabilise or balance the locale, or upheave it entirely. #tarot

Tarot card illustration of Temperance, with a Luminarch holding webbing of Bue Blight between their hands, and a glowing eye at their chest. They wear a hood with golden arch and embedded helmet, only showing their lower face.

[Death - Blue Blight Tarot 14/78] Omens do not only herald the arrival of densely blighted entities, but also changes to the ecosystem of the Deep Forest as a whole. After the advent of the Blue Blight, Omens have been seen by the few survivors of major historical events. #tarot

[The Hanged Man - Blue Blight Tarot 13/78] The northern cliffs of Doggerland house the largest clusters of Void Lures along its edges. While the open fields might make travel quick, one should expect many sacrifices to the waters below as payment for this apparent boon. #tarot

100% the first fight with daemons scene. I love it so much that I had to get it at least immortalized in this stunning commission by @gbroatic.bsky.social ✨ Kassidy's first deadly use of her magic ✨🫰🏻 #writingq #writingcommunity #writesky #wip

A very horroresque art style image of a woman with blonde hair shooting a beam of bright orange light into a creature that resembles a giant wolf with eyes all over its body. The imagery is very dark except for the excellent execution of the light beam

The art of the first image but with a word doc snippet screenshot over the image with the following text: A scream lodged itself in her throat, the daenon bending all of its limbs into a crouch, ready to take one last lunge at her, this time with its long. She raised her hands, her lights winking out and an intensity she had never experienced before built in her chest, almost suffocating her with the pressure—
A hot, intense, radiant beam of light shot like a laser piercing through the daemon, and then and then light exploded from her.
An ear-shattering shriek filled the area before the light depleted and left nothing in its wake except a large scorch mark on the earth where grass and rock had been completely erased.
There was nothing left of the daemon either.

[The Wheel of Fortune - Blue Blight Tarot 11/78] Blightweavers exhibit the shortest activity cycles, burrowing their targets and weaving an intricate webbing of Blight through their tissue. One infected by a Blightweaver needs to excise it at once or risk assimilation. #tarot

[The Hermit - Blue Blight Tarot 10/78] The swamps of the Deep Forest are some of the quietest regions, with the more aggressive entities steering clear of it. However, the creatures that do inhabit it use their isolation to their benefit, luring in those who look for a light in the dark. #tarot

[The Chariot- Blue Blight Tarot 8/78] Project Herald was a major push by the CH to plow through the western front of the Deep Forest before its collapse in 1972. Some remaining structures next to the sinkholes can still be seen, with even some humans nearby seeking shelter from the blight. #tarot

[The Lovers - Blue Blight Tarot 7/78] Not only does the assimilation process subsume all organic matter into the Blue Blight, it additionally brings all forms of fauna and flora into one, making them interchangeable shapes. Occasionally an exhale of one's identity does cause turmoil however. #tarot
