I believe Medieval Times is supposed to be set in Spain, so that would genuinely be much more historically accurate than the current menu.

This was a good read! Blades provides a great framework, and it really starts to sing once you realize how much you can shift and bend that framework, but I wouldn't have gotten to that realization with just the book alone.

When in doubt: a consequence on a controlled roll is 1 tick on a bad clock or level 1 harm, risky is 2 clock ticks or level 2 harm, desperate is 3 clock ticks or level 3 harm. Likewise, limited success is 1 tick on a good clock, standard is 2 ticks, great is 3 ticks.
