Section 301 tariffs are specifically to be used for unfair trade practices. These are legal judgements against companies for violating laws in a sovereign government. Even if he applies them, they'll get struck down by the trade courts. This is truly stupid.

I live around the corner from here. Sirens stopped not long ago. Helicopters are still circling. My neighborhood entrances and exits are blocked off for investigations. It finally happened today, I was sitting at home, and the world outside went crazy. I've been anticipating and dreading today.
