The cost to get 1 tanker to Asia from Texas right now, costs more than a rocket to launch. It's actually around $38.50 per barrel at current pricing. That's on top of the contract price that you're talking about, meaning there's no REAL savings to avoid the middle east.

The shipping costs aren't included in the resale. Logistics costs have nothing to do with how much you pay to the seller. You're responsible for any logistics post purchase.

I don't know where they're doing their research to get these numbers. I work in the industry, we distribute to companies, and to companies that do AI datacenter technology. Most of the inventory comes in pre-configured. This isn't adding US jobs, not at that level.
