Mmmmh... What to do, what to do... Do I spend my hard earned money on these two games, even if I will probably won't have enough for my Moxxie cosplay that I need for Saturday of next week...? Or do I resist and save my money for the cosplay and next week's convention?

Is this the game y'all dickride so much? The one that has such a repetitive and slow combat system and puzzles? God, Sonic Unleashed HD fucking sucks bruh, I prefer the PS2/Wii version over this shit, that one was way more fun.

It's really amazing how Charles Martinet himself shaped how Mario would become as a character. This is why he's the GOAT and our Mario number 1. ❤️

Supper Mario Broth @mariobrothblog.bsky.social · 9h

In the Mario Teaches Typing games, Mario never criticizes the player for underperforming and tries to be understanding and supportive. According to Charles Martinet, that was his initiative, as he felt being negative would go against the core principles of Mario's character.

In the Mario Teaches Typing games, even if the player does badly or underperforms compared to previous attempts, Mario will try to be understanding instead of critical:
Uh-oh, that wasn't quite as fast as the last time.
Hmm, are your fingers getting tired? Mine would be by now... if I had any. (laughs)
Charles Martinet, speaking at TooManyGames Convention 2021:
I got this marvelous opportunity to do Mario Teaches Typing. And when I got the script and I'm in the studio - I'm reading the script for the first time, there were things like "You failed!"
"That wasn't very good." "That was much worse... that was bad."
And I was reading that and I said, "Do you mind if I just, like, play with these words a little bit and just change them around?" because, you know, I never say "no" and I never say anything negative as Mario... and the producer graciously said "Sure, go for it!"
And so it became "Oh, that was good, but I know you can do even better!" "Oh, nice one but let's try again!" so it was always uplifting and always trying to be positive. And I think that that is the essence of the character to me - it's that love and that joy.

Since HP art stuff is going around, I just wanna state my opinion on the matter. This is a conclusion I've come to after much deliberation after combing through my own personal experiences and reconciling with what I value as a human being. If you are drawing HP fanart in 2026: Kill Yourself.

Worst comment I've ever read, it was on a video about the A.I. slop made Mario Kart Wiicompiled. Coding is a form of art, it takes skill, practice and a lot to master it. Asking an A.I. to code something makes it steal code from a human, just how it steals art to generate images.

Some dumbass says: "What’s the saying about “I want ai to do my chores while I make my art”? This is that saying fulfilled. Ai is doing the chores here, not making the art"

Dude, this is genuinely so fucking disappointing. Nearly all of the commits I’ve seen for PPSSPP involve generative AI from Claude in the past week alone, and their entire newest dev blog is almost entirely written by Claude. Almost half of the commits in the past 3 months use Claude for AI code.
