Feel like climbing the walls sometimes? Same. Meet us upstairs in the café at Brushworks this Saturday for a coffee, a blether, and an optional bit of indoor bouldering! If you do fancy a climb, we'll meet about 11:45 for a 12 start. If you just want a coffee, we'll see you between 13:30 and 15:30!

🌍 5% of people have ADHD 🇬🇧 0.3% of people are diagnosed 👉 3.5 million undiagnosed 🫥 ...and they're struggling ADHD is a disorder, not quirky scattiness. To be diagnosable it must have a debilitating effect on daily life. 3.5 million people struggling = under diagnosed. #ADHDAwarenessMonth #ADHD
