Semantics MATTER when talking about science. So many misinformed people will say that scientists report vaccines are supposed to prevent infection “If the vaccine works why did I still get Covid?” INCORRECT… Vaccines are supposed to prevent severe disease (& death) from infection

After the Trump administration peddled that nonsense & fear surrounding transgender mice, our institution has been targeted. We had to increase security measures at the research buildings. Everything is badge access only now at all hours of the day.
